How is the price of imported goods determined?

For imported products, the CIF price (Cost Insurance and Freight) is calculated by adding the import freight to the price displayed on the website (price including insurance premiums). This price plus consumption tax becomes the import cost.

In addition, import duties will be charged (telecommunications equipment, etc. will not be subject to customs duties). The sum of consumption tax and customs duty is called "customs tax."

In addition, a "special handling fee" of 2% of the "customs tax" will be charged as a fee paid to shipping companies such as Fedex.

Domestic expenses include 1) domestic shipping fees, 2) storage fees, and 3) our handling fees. Our expenses and fees are approximately 10%-30%.


​What should you do in case of maintenance or breakdown?

If the product you purchased is defective, please return it to us, we will send it back to the seller, and as soon as we receive a repaired or replacement product, we will send it to you.
For customers who have signed a send-back maintenance contract, we will prepare maintenance items within the maintenance amount and provide maintenance items in advance if necessary. After replacing the maintenance product, the customer will have to send the defective product to us.
Maintenance costs are generally 10-20% of the purchase price.

How is DX support done?

Our DX support is an annual contract with defined operating hours and provides the following services:

  1. Consultation regarding DX and systems

  2. Actual system development and application development

  3. Modification and maintenance of developed applications

  4. Investigation and reporting at the time of failure

  5. Creating materials for employee training

​Working for about one and a half day a week, we are achieving results equivalent to or better than hiring a full-time employee.
